Hi, my name is Sarah Tabet and I am an HR professional with more than a decade of well-rounded multinational experience in the human resources field. I am currently based in Dubai and providing global strategic HR leadership support and business partnering to senior leaders in multiple geographies ( large focus in Europe, US, India and China)
In addition to my main HR role which focuses on creating a winning people strategy, improving employee engagement and leading people’s transformation through coaching and mentoring, I am very passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, have led the agenda in Schneider Electric for the Middle East and Africa Region and is an advocate of this topic globally.
Aside from my commitment to people and love for HR, I always seek to develop new skills and continuously improve as a person. I am an entrepreneur, a sports devotee, a yogi, and a blogger with ambition to expand my knowledge across diverse fields.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, a certificate from INSEAD on Transforming Schneider Leadership and I am a frequent speaker at regional and local conferences. I have also been featured in several publications related to HR, personal development and the D&I topics. To reinforce the message on DEI even further, I have published the book “Inclusion Starts with U” in November 2020 to drive further the conversation and inspire transformation in this space.
