Honored to be recognized with a Women in Leadership and Excellence award in the category of Diversity and Inclusion by MICE Quotient in Jan 2020 as part of AWIL05 Summit. This award means a lot to me because it’s a testament that many professionals around the world also care deeply about this topic! I’ve been asked repeatedly what drives my passion for D&I and my answer has always been a simple one: Diversity and inclusion contributes to creating a better world, a world that respects differences and promotes belonging and purpose, a world where people feel safe to be who they are.
