Sarah Tabet is an HR professional with more than a decade of well-rounded multinational experience in the human resources field across the Middle East. In addition to her main HR role which focuses on the people strategy, employee engagement and people’s transformation through coaching and mentoring, Sarah is passionately leading the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the Middle East and Africa Region within her current role with Schneider Electric. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a certification from INSEAD on Transforming Schneider Leadership and is a frequent speaker at regional and local conferences across UAE.
